Your 7-hour adventure begins with a convenient pickup from your Dubai, Sharjah, or Ajman hotel. Meet your knowledgeable desert guide, who will share insights into Dubai’s culture, history, and landscapes as you make your way to the Lahbab Desert, a remote desert area known for its iconic Red Dunes. Enjoy the views and feel free to ask your guide any questions along the way.

Upon reaching Lahbab, take a short 20-minute break while the guide prepares the vehicle for the desert ride and allows other tour vehicles to gather. During this time, you can opt for an exhilarating quad bike ride (optional add-on), take a restroom break, or simply soak in the unique desert surroundings.

With the convoy assembled, you will journey deeper into the heart of the desert for a 45-minute dune-bashing session. Feel the adrenaline as your 4×4 vehicle glides over the dunes, expertly managed by your safari guide. The excitement culminates at the highest dune, where you will stop for photos. Capture panoramic views of the sweeping landscape. Try sandboarding down the smooth slopes—a fun, beginner-friendly sport that requires no prior experience.

After the thrill of dune-bashing, head to a traditional Bedouin-style camp nestled in the desert. On arrival, you will be greeted with Gahwa (Arabic coffee), locally sourced dates, and traditional Emirati sweets called Luqaimat. Enjoy a range of authentic desert activities:

• Camel Rides: Take a short, leisurely ride on a camel, an iconic desert experience.
• Shisha: Relax and enjoy a shisha pipe in the ambient camp setting.
• Henna Tattoos: Local artists are available to adorn your hands or arms with traditional designs.
• Falcon Experience: Have a chance to hold a majestic falcon, a prized symbol of Emirati heritage, and capture a memorable photo.

As evening settles in, feast on a delicious BBQ buffet with options including kebabs, hummus, fresh salads, and vegetarian dishes, accompanied by soft drinks. While you dine, enjoy a series of captivating live performances, including:

• All our 4×4 vehicles are fully insured and equipped with essential safety features, including roll bars, seat belts, GPS tracking, and a first aid kit.
• Our safari guides are licensed and trained professionals with special permits for driving in the Red Dunes desert.
• This 7-hour tour includes travel time, pickup, and drop-off to and from your hotel/ accommodation.
• Infants under 3 years and pregnant women are not allowed to take part in this activity.
• Falcons may not be available at the camp during hotter months (mainly in July & August).
• The camp features designated areas for Shisha smoking. An additional charge would apply if Shisha required at the tables.
• Limited Henna designs are free — custom designs which take longer time to draw and will be additionally charged.
• Vegetarian options are available at a buffet dinner.
• The tour program is subject to change in case of any religious dates/holy month (e.g. Ramadan, Eid, etc.). Music, belly dance shows and alcohol may be cancelled on such Islamic religious dates.
