Grande Turismo is building the world’s go-to platform for car enthusiasts to discover and book automotive events, driving experiences, and adventures worldwide. From track days to supercar rallies. We’re on a mission to connect people through the love of cars, speed, and unforgettable experiences. The platform is live. The vision is bold. Now we’re looking for a marketing co-founder to help us scale it globally.The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, growth-focused Co-Founder for the Marketing role to take ownership of Grande Turismo’s marketing and growth strategy. You’ll work directly with the founder to build awareness, drive traffic, generate demand, and turn Grande Turismo into a recognized global brand. This is not a job, it’s a startup journey. You’ll be part of building something from the ground up with long-term ownership.What You’ll Do
– Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy (content, performance, partnerships, social) – Grow our online presence across key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) – Plan and launch paid campaigns (Meta, Google) to test acquisition channels – Build B2B outreach funnels to attract event organizers and partners – Help define brand voice and storytelling that connects with car lovers worldwide – Measure growth, improve CAC, and scale what's working – Be the face and voice of marketing for Grande TurismoYou Might Be a Fit If You:
– Are a car enthusiast or have a real connection with automotive culture – Have experience in performance marketing, brand building, or content strategy – Know your way around paid ads, social media growth, and community engagement – Are proactive, scrappy, and thrive in early-stage environments – Want to co-own and scale a global startup, not just do a job – Are fluent in English (German is a big plus)What You Get
