Note: we act as an intermediary between you and the event organizer (the “Supplier”). The Supplier is responsible for the event itself, including all related services and communication.

What You Can Expect From Us

• We provide a simple, secure, and easy-to-use booking platform for automotive events.
• All ticket prices are clearly listed per person and include applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
• We strive to deliver your e-tickets immediately after purchase. In rare cases of technical issues, we’ll follow up within 48 hours. If your booking cannot be fulfilled, you will be refunded in full.
• We rank and display events based on relevance, availability, and popularity. Occasionally, visibility may also be influenced by promotions or partnerships.

What We Expect From You

• You provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
• You use our platform for personal, non-commercial use. Reselling tickets is prohibited unless agreed otherwise.
• You comply with the event organizer’s rules and terms (e.g. age restrictions, safety regulations, valid ID on-site, etc.).

Your Agreement With the Event Organizer

Grande Turismo is not the host of the events listed on the platform. When you book an event, you are entering into a direct agreement with the Supplier. They are responsible for event execution, customer service during the event, and honoring the terms listed.

In case of changes, delays, or cancellations, we’ll support you by helping you communicate with the Supplier, but we are not liable for the event itself.

Changes and Cancellations

• Whether you can cancel or change a ticket depends on the event’s policy, which is clearly indicated on the event page before checkout.
• Some tickets are non-refundable due to their nature (e.g. limited access, date-specific driving experiences). Always double-check event details before purchasing.

Privacy & Data

User Accounts

• You can browse the platform without registering. Creating an account allows you to manage bookings, access events faster, and receive exclusive updates.
