Description

The uphill and downhill track near Chemnitz is a real driver’s track. Blind bends, fast corners, a breathtaking gradient – the Sachsenring presents drivers with challenges.

For more than 25 years, the new Sachsenring has been home to the German Motorcycle Grand Prix, which is one of Germany’s biggest sporting events and attracts up to 250,000 fans every year. For car racing fans, the DTM is the annual highlight at the Sachsenring. The natural race track, which is embedded in the landscape, offers a number of spectacular spots from which visitors can watch the races thanks to the partially elevated spectator areas.
