Celebrate Japanese automotive culture at the Japanese Car Meeting 2027, bringing together vehicles from Japan of every generation at Motorworld Manufaktur Region Zürich.

From legendary Japanese classics and youngtimers to modern sports cars and performance models, the Japanese Car Meeting welcomes vehicles from Japan with two, three, four or more wheels.

Taking place on Sunday, 5 September 2027 from 09:00 to 16:00, the event offers a relaxed meeting format where visitors can explore a diverse selection of Japanese vehicles, meet their owners and connect with fellow enthusiasts.

Car clubs are welcome to arrive together and park as a group without advance reservation. Visitors arriving without a participating vehicle can use the designated visitor parking areas.

Throughout the day, event partners will present selected vehicles and products, with opportunities to discover current models and special vehicles. Additional activities and surprises may take place throughout the event.

Food, drinks and restaurants are available across the Motorworld complex, making it easy to spend the full day enjoying Japanese automotive culture.

Visitor admission is free and no ticket is required.

Programme:

• 09:00 – Event Opening
  The Japanese Car Meeting opens for a full day dedicated to vehicles from Japan and Japanese automotive culture.
• 09:00–16:00 – Activities Throughout the Day
  Enjoy a relaxed day without a fixed programme. Explore the vehicles on display, meet their owners and connect with other automotive enthusiasts. Additional activities and surprises may take place throughout the day.
• Partner Presentations
  Event partners will present current models and special vehicles. Depending on the individual presentation, visitors may have opportunities to see vehicles up close, test products or participate in additional activities.
• Food, Drinks & Music
  Food and drinks are available throughout the Motorworld complex, including the Lounge and several restaurants and food areas. Music and entertainment complement the atmosphere throughout the day.

Important Information:

• The vehicle meeting is dedicated to vehicles from Japan, ranging from historic classics to modern models and vehicles with two, three, four or more wheels.
• Car clubs may arrive together and park together. No advance group parking reservation is required.
• Visitors without a participating Japanese vehicle can use the designated visitor parking areas.
• Participating vehicle registration costs CHF 5 per vehicle and is payable on site by cash or TWINT. Vehicle entry is free for SCHWUNGRAD Membercard holders.
• The event runs from 09:00 to 16:00 and follows an open format without a fixed programme.

Included:

• Free visitor admission, access to the Japanese vehicle displays, public event areas, automotive partner presentations and activities taking place during the event.

Not included:

• Food, drinks, purchases from exhibitors or partners, transport to and from the venue and the CHF 5 on-site registration fee for participating vehicles without a SCHWUNGRAD Membercard.

Location & Parking:

• Dedicated visitor parking is available at Motorworld Manufaktur Region Zürich. Follow the event signage to the designated West Parking areas.
• Participating Japanese vehicles should use the designated event entrance and proceed to registration before entering the main event area.
