Historic rallying, winter roads and a Monaco finish

The 29th Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique takes place from 27 January to 3 February 2027, celebrating the cars and competitive spirit associated with one of rallying’s most recognisable names. Organised by the Automobile Club de Monaco, it combines historic machinery with a demanding regularity challenge.

Unlike a static exhibition, this is a travelling motorsport event. Crews begin their journeys from several European starting cities before converging on Valence and continuing through the rally’s winter itinerary. Much of the sporting action takes place in France, with Port Hercule providing the Monaco finish.

For enthusiasts, the appeal lies in seeing historic rally cars in an authentic competitive setting: crews working together, carefully prepared vehicles and the atmosphere surrounding the route’s towns and arrival points.

Important:

• The overall programme runs from 27 January to 3 February 2027; it is not an eight-day exhibition at Port Hercule.
• The first finishers are provisionally expected at Port Hercule on Tuesday 2 February from 19:50. This is an anticipated vehicle-arrival time, not a public gate-opening time.
• The gala and awards evening on 3 February is a separate programme element; public access is not included in this listing.
• Plan your visit around a specific location and the latest official spectator information. Route schedules, access arrangements and timings may change.
• Follow marshals’ instructions and remain within authorised spectator areas.
